Services of Safa Helpline

            Through the Safa Helpline established under the auspices of Safa Baitul Maal Educational Welfare and Charitable Trust India, guidance in connection with the schemes of government for the minorities is provided to the people. Many people due to ignorance do not benefit from the schemes and even if they are aware of the schemes, they do not possess required documents. In view of this, Safa Baitul Maal has initiated the services of Safa helpline and this department is functional since more than seven years. After the formation of Telangana State in the year 2014, the government has introduced numerous schemes. A large section of the general public, inspite of having interest in these schemes is deprived of the benefits due to lack of knowledge of the procedures; hence in order create awareness about the schemes being launched by the Telangana government, Safa helpline department has been publishing and distributing pamphlets and to expand the services of this department, has established the office of this department at a busy area, Shah Ali Banda X Road, two years ago.

            Alhamdulillah, in the year 2016, through the Safa helpline department, funds have been procured for 275 girls under the Shadi Mubarak Scheme, and details of the scheme have been checked online for 192 applications; online forms have been submitted for 221 applicants under Telangana Minorities Corporation’s loan scheme, 102 Telangana Public Service Commission job application forms, 80 Police recruitment forms, 25 own auto forms and 20 forms for online entrance tests PGECET, EAMCET, ICET, EDCET, TSTET. 35 Identity Cards, scholarships for 210 students, PAN cards for 30 people, 40 Marriage Certificates, 20 Income Certificates, 25 Birth and Death Certificates, 15 Residential Certificates and 10 Handicap Certificates have been obtained. Government pensions have been procured for 30 widows. Complete guidance to open bank accounts has been provided to 20 people and online slot has been obtained and through the central Safa Baitul Maal 104 BC Certificates have been issued.

            In collaboration of Safa Baitul Maal and Basheer and Sarwar Babu Khan Trust, and in supervision of the central president of Safa Baitul Maal, Moulana Gayas Ahmed, free guidance is provided to the youth for recruitment in the Police department and for online and written exams, two-month free coaching is being provided. There are 9281 posts in Hyderabad. Qualification is intermediate pass, age limit is 30 years for BC and 25 years for OC. Written examination shall be held on the 4th of April. The coaching classes shall be held from the 31st of January to the 31st of March at Shah Ali Banda and Jama Masjid Qutub Shahi. A total sum of Rs.76773 has been issued for all these services of Safa helpline.
