Welfare services of Mysore branch

Through the Mysore branch of Safa Baitul Maal, pensions of Rs.400 each totalling Rs.14400 were provided to 36 extremely deserving widows. Pensions of Rs.400 each totalling Rs.1600 were distributed to 4 deserving people. Likewise, ration worth Rs.550 each totalling Rs.16500 was distributed to 30 households with no earning male members. Medicines worth Rs.500 were provided to a poor patient.

Through the Mysore branch of Safa Baitul Maal, pensions of Rs.400 each totalling Rs.14400 were provided to 36 extremely deserving widows. Likewise, ration worth Rs.550 each totalling Rs.13750 was distributed to 25 households with no earning male members. In addition, pensions of Rs.400 each totalling Rs.1600 were distributed to 4 poor people. Medicines worth Rs.500 were provided to a deserving patient. Assistance of Rs.2000 was provided for the marriage of a poor girl.

Through the Mysore branch of Safa Baitul Maal, like each month, this month too, pensions of Rs.400 each totalling Rs.16000 were provided to 40 extremely deserving widows. Likewise, ration worth Rs.500 each totalling Rs.12500 was distributed to 25 households with no earning male members. Bedding worth Rs.3000 was provided for the marriage of a deserving girl. Medicines worth Rs.500 were provided to a poor patient. 3 bottles of blood was donated to a deserving patient. Pensions of Rs.400 each were distributed to 6 aged disabled people. On the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha, Qurbani of 10 large animals was performed and 1 kg meat packs were distributed in various villages of Mysore like Bharat Nagar, Nehru Nagar, Srinagar, Aziz Seth Nagar, Ghousia Nagar etc. During all these welfare services, the former mayor of Mysore Mr. Ayub Khan, Hafiz Mohammad Jamsheed Ahmed Siddiqui, Hafiz Mohammad Akmal, all the staff of Safa Baitul Maal and locals were present.

Welfare services of Mysore branch

Through the Mysore branch of Safa Baitul Maal, in view of Ramzan, Ramzan ration was distributed to poor deserving fasting households in two stages. In the first stage, 150 Ramzan packages worth Rs.1500 each totalling Rs.2.25 lakhs were distributed at Metro Function Hall, Mysore and in second stage, 150 Ramzan packages worth Rs.1000 each totalling Rs.1.50 lakhs were distributed at Safa Function Hall, Mysore. The in charge persons and dedicated servers of the Mysore branch of Safa Baitul Maal efficiently supervised both the stages of distribution and Alhamdulillah Ramzan ration worth Rs.3.75 lakhs was distributed to a total of 300 beneficiaries. During Ramzan ration distribution, the local scholars and in particular, Moulana Syed Anees-ur-Rahman Siddiqui, Moulana Fayaz Ahmed Siddiqui, Hafiz Allah Baksh Siddiqui, Moulana Mohammad Kaleemullah Siddiqui, Moulana Fayaz Ahmed Rashadi, Moulana Kaleem-ur-Rahman Qasmi, Moulana Imtiyaz Ashrafi, Hafiz Mohammad Akmal and the staff of Safa Mysore branch and others were present.

Through the Mysore branch of Safa Baitul Maal, like each month, this month too, pensions of Rs.400 each totalling Rs.16000 were provided to 40 poor widows. Likewise, ration worth Rs.500 each totalling Rs.10000 was distributed to 20 distressed households. Assistance of Rs.2000 was provided for the operation of poor ailing child and Rs.1000 was provided for medicines to an asthma patient. In view of summer, cool and clean drinking water is being served through mobile water facilities.

Through the Mysore branch of Safa Baitul Maal, like each month, this month too, pensions of Rs.400 each totalling Rs.16000 were disbursed to 40 poor widows. Ration worth Rs.500 each totalling Rs.10000 was provided to extremely impoverished 20 households. On behalf of the Mysore branch, meat was also distributed to the deserving people. Assistance of Rs.2000 to deserving heart patient and Rs.2000 for the marriage of a deserving girl had been provided. In view of summer, cool and clean drinking water is being served daily at public places like bus stand, railway station, KR hospital and other locations through mobile water facilities, through which thousands of people, irrespective of faith are quenching their thirst. Water is being served with contributions from the donors of Mysore branch of Safa. During all these welfare services and pension and meat distributions in-charge persons of the Mysore branch of Safa and others were present.

Welfare services of Raichur branch

Through the Raichur branch of Safa Baitul Maal, like each month, this month too, pensions of Rs.300 each totalling Rs.13500 were distributed to 45 deserving widows and disabled persons. Assistance through 50 kg rice was provided for the marriages of 2 poor girls. Rs.3000 had been given to a poor person in debt for repayment.

Through the Mysore branch of Safa Baitul Maal, like each month, this month too, pensions of Rs.400 each totalling Rs.16000 have been issued to 40 extremely helpless widows; likewise ration worth Rs.500 each totalling Rs.10000 was provided to 20 households with no earning male members. Assistance of Rs.2000 had been provided for the marriage of a poor girl. Rs.2000 had been given to 2 poor people suffering from different diseases. A total assistance of Rs.30000 has been provided this month with contributions from the residents of Mysore. All these welfare services have been efficiently performed by the in-charge persons and members of the Mysore branch of Safa Baitul Maal.

Annual Report of Mysore branch

Through the Mysore branch of Safa Baitul Maal, Rs.16000 each month totalling Rs.176000 was distributed to 40 deserving and helpless widows. During Ramzan, instead of pensions, special assistance was provided to them in the form of Ramzan ration packages etc. A total sum of Rs.28000 was provided for treatment and medicines to poor patients suffering from various diseases and to disabled persons and for the conduct of medical camps. Assistance of Rs.33100 was provided for the marriages of 14 poor and orphan girls. Ramzan ration worth Rs.31000 was distributed to 275 poor households during Ramzan. Mobile water facilities were setup during summer season and cool and clean drinking water was served at different locations of Mysore. Likewise on the occasion of arrival of Imam of Haram, a large gathering was present at New Eidgah ground despite scorching heat; on this occasion 2000 litres of buttermilk worth Rs.14000 was supplied. On the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha, Qurbani of 8 large animals was performed and meat distributed to poor households. A grand public meeting in support of All India Muslim Personal Law Board’s campaign against Uniform Civil Code was organised, in which there were speeches by scholars and about 3000 signed formed were collected, on which an expenditure of Rs.14000 was incurred.

Through the Mysore branch of Safa Baitul Maal, like each month, this month too, pensions of Rs.400 each totalling Rs.16000 have been issued to 40 extremely needy widows; likewise ration worth Rs.500 each totalling Rs.7500 was provided to 15 households with no earning male members. 25 kg each of rice was given for the marriages of 3 poor orphan girls. Ration worth Rs.1000 was given for two disabled girls from same household. Student of a religious school was given Rs.1000 for hernia operation. In this way, a total assistance of Rs.32100 has been issued this month. There had been immense contribution by the entire in-charge persons and members of the Mysore branch of Safa and other individuals in the performance of all these welfare services.
