Through the Parbhani branch of Safa Baitul Maal, monthly ration was provided to 25 poor widows. Medicines worth Rs.249 were provided to a poor diabetic patient. Books worth Rs.313 were given for 2 orphan students. A poor aged woman whose collar bone was fractured after a fall was provided assistance of Rs.2000 and was operated in a hospital. With assistance from locals, 15 kg rice was provided for the marriage of an orphan girl. Circumcision of an orphan boy was performed in a private hospital.

Through the Parbhani branch of Safa Baitul Maal, monthly ration was distributed to 20 poor widows. Assistance of Rs.2500 through ration, blanket and cash was provided for the marriage of an orphan girl and the marriages of 2 other girls were assisted with grains and blanket. Assistance of Rs.5000 was provided to 2 poor widows. Medicines worth Rs.250 were given to a diabetic patient. Due to domestic conflicts, two youths who attempted suicide were got admitted to the government hospital and were provided with Rs.600 for treatment and they were counselled about Islamic way of life. On the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha, Qurbani of 54 sheep and 5 buffaloes was performed and the meat along with the meat received from affluent people was distributed in various slums of Parbhani and in villages. Assistance of Rs.25000 for fees was provided to deserving students studying MBBS and polytechnic; likewise Rs.12900 was issued to 2 deserving girls for higher education and Rs.400 was given to an orphan school girl for education items. An aged ailing woman lying near a mosque was moved to a hospital and on regaining health after four-day treatment, was sent to village. A silent march was organised this month. On this occasion, water and biscuits were distributed by the Parbhani branch of Safa.

Through the Parbhani branch of Safa Baitul Maal, monthly ration was distributed to 30 poor widows. Partial assistance of Rs.50000 was provided for payment of fees to a deserving medical college student. Medical assistance of Rs.3000 was provided to various people suffering from different diseases. On the occasion of Ramzan, Ramzan ration was distributed to 200 poor households. Likewise clothes and ornaments were distributed to needy women and girls and children. Iftari was arranged in 10 poor localities. Ramzan ration was distributed to deserving religious workers. During summer, cool and clean water was served at 3 public places.

Through the Parbhani branch of Safa Baitul Maal, ration was distributed to 30 poor widows and impoverished households. Medical assistance of Rs.900 was provided to an ailing person. A sum of Rs.52000 was spent towards college and exam fees of deserving students. Good loans of Rs.10000 each totalling Rs.300000 for fertilisers and seed had been given to 30 poor farmers of Tarudad village of Parbhani district. Cement tanks and iron stands were provided for storing water outside 3 different mosques to be supplied to people in 15 different villages.

Through the Parbhani branch of Safa Baitul Maal, monthly ration had been distributed to 30 poor widows. A delegation from Aurangabad "Tahreek-e-Auqaf" visited Parbhani for conservation of Waqf properties. In this connection, awareness campaign was organised among Muslims for the protection of Waqf properties. A sum of Rs.290   was given for medicines to a poor diabetic patient. Clothes were distributed to poor people in Jammu Colony and Sewak Nagar localities of Parbhani.

Annual Report of Parbhani branch

Through the Parbhani branch of Safa Baitul Maal, during winter, a total of 750 fine and average quality blankets were distributed to people distressed with cold, students of Dar-ul-Uloom and religious workers. Assistance of Rs.17725 was provided to poor patients suffering from various diseases. A sum of Rs.8800 was given to deserving students for payment of fees. Cash assistance of Rs.1000 each and fine quality blankets were provided for the marriages of 15 poor girls. Due to water scarcity in Maharashtra state, and in particular Marathwada region, tube wells were dug in mosques in 20 different villages surrounding Parbhani and electric motors were also installed. And, a cement tank and an iron stand were provided to each mosque. A programme was conducted on the subject of ‘civil services coaching and scholarship’; in which various prominent personalities addressed the students and provided required training to participate in competitive examinations. A library was established in Masjid Mahtab Ali Shah in which various Islamic books, tenth and twelfth class books and books required for the government competitive examinations shall be available for the students. This library shall remain open round the clock for students. Tailoring traning was given to 60 female students and many more are receiving traning at the tailoring centre. And, religious education is also being arranged for the students. A mosque was constructed in Barhampuri village in the month of May; this mosque was inaugurated by the central president of Safa Baitul Maal, Moulana Gayas Ahmed Rashadi Sahab and RCC houses with bathroom and toilet were constructed for a poor widow and a large family belonging to the same village. And, Iftar and food was arranged for 50 people of the village during the 30 days of Ramzan.  During Ramzan, Iftar and food was arranged in 16 different villages and 60 quintals of wheat was distributed in 60 other villages. 12 quintals wheat, 5 quintals rice, cash, blankets and clothes were distributed to families affected by floods in Kurunda village. In addition, during the mass marriages conducted in the month of January 2017, 8 fine quality blankets were distributed. Assistance and guidance was provided to the in charge persons of the Bismuth branch of Safa Baitul Maal. Pulse Polio awareness campaign was organised in 27 slum areas of Parbhani. Participating in the signature campaign in support of the Muslim Personal Law Board’s drive against Uniform Civil Code, 8000 Signatures were obtained and the signed forms were sent to the central Safa Baitul Maal. Assistance of Rs.40000 was provided in order to strengthen the Manwath branch of Safa Baitul Maal. Good loans of Rs.10000 each totalling Rs.280000 to 28 Muslims of a village and Rs.1000 each to other fellow countrymen were provided. Ration is being distributed each month to 30 poor widows and impoverished families. With contribution from a virtue-seeker, 15 kg pure ghee was distributed to poor patients and elderly people. On the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha, Qurbani of 52 sheep and 20 large animals was performed and the meat distributed in villages. An oxygen unit to be used at home by needy patients was arranged, that was utilised by 3 patients and they gained health and were saved from huge expenses.

Through the Parbhani branch of Safa Baitul Maal, in view of winter season, 125 blankets were distributed to poor and impoverished households. Likewise blankets were also provided to 50 students of a religious school. Ration was distributed to 72 deserving households. Rs.5000 was given towards college fees to a poor student. Medical assistance of Rs.700 was provided to an aged sick woman. With contribution from a virtue-seeker, 9 kg pure ghee was distributed to widows and poor people and with contribution from another virtue-seeker, a large animal was sacrificed and the meat distributed to the poor. Likewise with contribution from a virtue-seeker, food packets were delivered to poor households. A training camp was held for providing guidance to college students and scholarship in which students had been encouraged for IAS, IPS and other higher studies. 150 students participated in this training camp.
