Welfare services of Warangal branch

Through the Warangal branch of Safa Baitul Maal, monthly pensions totalling Rs.13800 were distributed to 46 poor widows and disabled persons. Monthly ration worth Rs.2500 was distributed to 2 orphan and deserving households. Assistance through utensils, rice, bedding set etc was provided for the marriages of 6 orphan and deserving girls. Two batches are in progress at the tailoring centres being run under self-employment scheme.

Through the Warangal branch of Safa Baitul Maal, like each month, this month too, pensions of Rs.300 and Rs.500 each along with fare were distributed to 46 poor widows and disabled persons. This apart, monthly ration worth Rs.1500 each was supplied to 2 deserving households. Assistance through utensils, bedding set and rice was provided for the marriages of 10 poor deserving girls. In view of summer, 2 water facilities have been setup at government maternity hospital and Mandi Bazaar through which 900 litres of water is being served daily.

Through the Warangal branch of Safa Baitul Maal, like each month, this month too, pensions of Rs.300 each along with fare were distributed to 46 poor widows and disabled persons. Likewise, monthly ration worth Rs.1000 was provided to the households of 2 orphans. Assistance through bedding set and cot was provided for the marriages of 2 poor girls. Upon the demise of tuberculosis patient who was provided assistance a few months back, his mother was given Rs.2000. Assistance of Rs.5000 was provided to a deserving female dialysis patient. The office of the Warangal branch of Safa Baitul Maal has been relocated from Mandi Bazaar to opposite City Palace Function Hall, LB Nagar and it was inaugurated with dua by the head of branch Moulana Fasihuddin Qasmi Sahab; on this occasion all the incharge persons and the staff were present.

Through the Warangal branch of Safa Baitul Maal, like each month, this month too, pensions of Rs.300 each along with fare were distributed to 45 poor widows. This apart, a sum of Rs.500 was given to 3 deserving disabled. In addition, ration worth Rs.1000 was provided for 2 orphans. Assistance through 50 kg rice, 2 bedding sets and bed was provided for the marriages of 6 poor girls. Two slums were visited and fruits were distributed. Assistance of Rs.5000 was provided for the treatment of a 7-year old boy suffering from bone cancer. Water was served at 2 religious gatherings. Free medical camp was held for poor patients. On the occasion of Republic Day on 26th January, flag was hoisted at the office of Safa Warangal branch. The annual training and introductory session and public meeting of the branches of Safa Baitul Maal India established in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh was conducted successfully presided by the central president of Safa Baitul Maal Moulana Gayas Ahmed Rashadi. The chief guest was Hazrat Moulana PM Muzammil Rashadi Sahab. The incharge persons of the branches presented the report of their respective branches. On this occasion, all the members and incharge persons of the Warangal branch rendered their services vehemently and thanked the incharge persons of the other branches.

In addition, a sum of Rs.500 each was distributed to five deserving disabled people. Assistance through 50 kg rice, utensil set and bedding was provided for the marriages of 4 poor deserving girls. A sum of Rs.3000 was provided to a deserving disabled person.

Through the Warangal branch of Safa Baitul Maal, monthly pensions with fare totalling Rs.12000 were distributed to 40 poor widows and disabled people and pensions of Rs.2500 were distributed to 5 disabled people. This apart, monthly ration worth Rs.1000 was provided for 2 orphan girls. Assistance through 50 kg rice and 2 utensil sets was provided for the marriages of 4 poor girls. In connection with the annual training session and public meeting of the branches of Safa Baitul Maal in Telangana state and Andhra Pradesh to be held in Warangal town on Sunday, 21st January 2018, about four consultative sessions have been held so far and all the incharge persons and workers are engaged in preparations.

Through the Warangal branch of Safa Baitul Maal, on the arrival of the central president of Safa Baitul Maal, Moulana Gayas Ahmed Rashadi, a programme was held at Cosmos Convention, Warangal and pensions of Rs.300 each were distributed to 45 poor widows and disabled people through the hands of the central president and certificates were distributed to the 50 students who completed training at the tailoring centres. This apart, monthly ration was distributed to the orphans and monthly assistance of Rs.500 each was provided to 5 ailing people and assistance through bedding set was provided for the marriage of a poor girl. Likewise, the godown shed of the Warangal branch of Safa was inaugurated by the central president. A free medical camp was held this month. The preparations are underway for the annual training session of the branches of Safa Baitul Maal of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana to be held under the aegis of Warangal branch on Sunday, 21st January.

Through the Warangal branch of Safa Baitul Maal, monthly pensions of Rs.300 each along with fare were issued to 45 poor widows and disabled people and three disabled people were provided Rs.500 each. Monthly ration worth Rs.1000 was provided for 2 orphans. Assistance through steel ware, dressing table, 50 kg rice and two bedding sets was provided for the marriages of 5 poor girls. 40 kg rice was provided for a madrasa.

Through the Warangal branch of Safa Baitul Maal, monthly pensions of Rs.300 each along with fare were issued to 45 poor widows and disabled people. Medical assistance of Rs.500 each was issued to 3 disabled people. Partial assistance through rice, steel ware, dressing table, bedding etc. was provided for the marriages of 7 poor girls. On the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha, the meat of large animals was distributed in slum localities of Warangal like NTR Nagar, MH Nagar, Sundariah Nagar, SR Nagar, Papaipet Chapman, Bapuji Nagar, URS Kareembad, Shamoonpet, Revenue Colony, Potanna Nagar, Deen Dayal Nagar and other localities.

Through the Warangal branch of Safa Baitul Maal, Ramzan ration packages were distributed to the poor widows and disabled people who are given pensions each month. In addition, Ramzan ration packages were distributed to 700 poor deserving fasting households. A sum of Rs.1200 was given as educational assistance. Partial assistance was provided for the marriages of 2 poor deserving girls. Virtue-seekers are appealed to assist through Zakat, Sadaqa and donations.

Through the Warangal branch of Safa Baitul Maal, like every month, this month too, pensions totalling Rs.14100 were given to 47 poor widows and disabled persons. Two more beneficiaries have been included during the current month. Likewise, ration worth Rs.1000 was provided to household of two orphans. Partial assistance through utensils set, 50 kg rice and 15 kg oil was provided for the marriages of 4 poor deserving girls. In view of summer, to serve cool and filtered water, 2 water facilities have been inaugurated at KM Maternity Government Hospital, Warangal. The Warangal branch of Safa Baitul Maal appeals for prayers and assistance.

Through the Warangal branch of Safa Baitul Maal, like every month, this month too, pensions of Rs.300 each along with fare as usual had been given to 45 poor widows and disabled persons. Likewise, ration worth Rs.1000 was provided to household of two orphans. Partial assistance through utensils set, 50 kg rice, bedding etc was provided for the marriages of 3 poor deserving girls. To facilitate welfare services, a godown has been constructed for scrap storage.

Annual Report of Warangal branch

Through the Warangal branch of Safa Baitul Maal, 750 Ramzan ration worth Rs.1000000 (Ten Lakhs) was distributed to poor fasting households during Ramzan. During summer, 2 water facilities were setup where 1000 litres of cool and filtered water was served daily incurring an expenditure of Rs.41500. On the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha, Qurbani of 9 large animals was performed and meat distributed to poor households in different villages. Partial assistance was provided each month for the marriages of 6 deserving girls incurring an expenditure of Rs.180000. During winter, blankets were distributed to poor people distressed with cold and visiting slums, government schools, warm clothes were distributed, on which almost Rs.15000 were spent. Patients suffering from various diseases were enquired and assistance of Rs.30000 was provided. Pensions along with fare totalling Rs.174000 was provided each month to 45 deserving people. During social awareness campaign meetings, speeches were given in Urdu and Telugu on social reform, service to humanity, Seerat-e-Tayyibah (SAW) and other topics. Safa tailoring centre was established under self employment scheme, through which hundreds of students were benefited, and on which a sum of Rs.100000 was spent. Sponsorship of poor and orphan families has been undertaken, to whom ration is being supplied each month incurring an expenditure of Rs. 250000. On the occasion of Independence Day, buttermilk worth Rs.10000 was distributed to wayfarers. Assistance of Rs.15000 was provided to distressed travellers. Food items, water etc were distributed to families affected due to storm and rains in Warangal and other districts. Water was supplied in various meetings in Warangal.
