Services of Salsabeel-e-Safa (Water plant)
Through Safa Baitul Maal, services of Salsabeel-e-Safa water plant are recurrent in which 8 people have been appointed on salary-basis; wherever religious congregations, seminars, conferences and programmes are held in Hyderabad, water is supplied free of cost on behalf of Safa Baitul Maal. Alhamdulillah, during the year 2016, arrangement to serve cool and clean drinking water was made at meetings organised by various religious and welfare organisations and madrasas. 500 litres of water was supplied at the mass marriages organised by Anjuman Falah Maashara at Sayeed Function Hall, Saidabad on the 24th of January; 700 litres of water was served at the Qiraat competition of Sharfia Qiraat Academy held at Officers’ Mess; 6000 litres of water was served for three days at the International Seerat Seminar organised by Al-Mahad-ul-Ali Al-Islamia from 21-23 February; 1200 litres of water at the annual function of Jamia Ayesha Niswan held at Officers’ Mess on 20th April; 800 litres at the programme of Majlis-e-Ilmia held in Akbari Masjid, Akbarbagh on 28th April and 1000 litres at the programme of Idara Wifaq-ul-Makatib held same day at Golden Function Hall; 3000 litres at the function held in Dar-ul-Uloom, Hyderabad on 1st May; 1200 litres at the annual function of Madrasa Irshad-ul-Uloom held on 8th May; a total of 500 litres on 22nd May during the congregations held for men in Akbari Masjid and for women in Dilkusha Function Hall; 1500 litres during the annual function of Madrasa Sabeel-ul-Falah held on 28th May; 1000 litres during the first annual function of Dawat-e-Islami Academy held at Officers’ Mess on 29th May; 1500 litres during the annual function of Madrasa Riyaz-ul-Banat held on 1st June; 300 litres during the annual function of Crescent Charitable Trust held at Sayeed Villa Function Hall on 13th August; 200 litres during the programme held at the office of Idara Wifaq-ul-Makatib on 31st August; 4000 litres of water was supplied from 21-23 September in the rain affected areas of Kukatpally, Allwyn Colony etc; 500 litres during meeting of Tahfuz-e-Shariat held in Chanchalguda on 5th November; 800 litres during competition of madrasa students held in officers’ mess on 10th November; 2000 litres during All India Tahfuz-e-Shariat conference held in Exhibition Ground, Nampally on 13th November; 200 litres during Qiraat meeting held at Officers’ mess on 10th December and 600 litres of water was served at the people’s programme of the Crystal Charitable Trust held at Sayeed Function Hall on 10th December. In this way a total of 29000 litres of water was supplied free of cost during the year 2016.
